Keg tracking for breweries
Always know where your kegs are.
A QR code on every keg, two scans at the brewery. SIRIS tells you where each keg is, for how many days, and which ones never come back.
Kegs don’t vanish all at once. They vanish one at a time.
Every keg is capital: when one sits at a venue, ends up at another, or never returns, you find out when it’s too late.
- You don’t know which venues hold on to empties the longest.
- The numbers get done at year end, in a spreadsheet.
- A lost keg only shows up in a stocktake, if you do one.

How it works
You only scan at the brewery. The driver, always in a hurry, scans nothing.
01Tag
A QR code on every keg. It’s linked to the keg the first time you scan it.
02Load
The warehouse picks the venue and scans the outgoing kegs. From then on the keg is “at the venue”.
03Delivery
The driver enters two numbers: delivered and collected. They act as a cross-check on the load.
04Return
Empties are scanned when they come back: they leave the venue’s balance, with the days they stayed.

What you get

Balance per venue
How many kegs each venue holds, which ones, for how long, and what they’re worth.
Idle kegs
The list of kegs past your day threshold, per venue.
Anomalies
Missing returns, missing loads, deliveries that differ from the load: mistakes surface.
Daily alert
One email a day with idle kegs and anomalies, no dashboard to open.
History that never gets erased
Every movement stays. Mistakes are fixed with an adjustment, not by rewriting the past.
From your phone
A web app built for phones, for the warehouse and deliveries. No app store, no mandatory install.
Your data, safe
- Invite-only access, with roles: admin, warehouse, driver.
- Each brewery only sees its own data, separated at the database level.
- Servers in the European Union.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need special hardware?
No. A phone and QR labels on your kegs are enough.
Who has to scan?
Only warehouse staff, at loading and on return. Drivers enter two numbers per venue.
What if a label gets damaged?
Attach a new label to the same keg: the keg’s history is kept.
Do we have to install an app from a store?
No. SIRIS runs in the phone’s browser and can be added to the Home screen.
